Immigration Terminal Inc. is looking for a OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/ SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: CAN $12/HOURLY+ Commission

Basic pay will increase in accordance to  minimum wage

Can expect to earn 5000/month+ after 6 months

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Position available: 2

Minimum Education Required: NONE

Working Hours: 20-50 hours/week

Work Experience Required: NONE

Language: MUST BE BILINGUAL. 2 VACANCIES. ONE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND MANDARIN AND THE SECOND FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND GUJARATI.

Job Duties:

  • Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
  • Cataloging customers concerns and comments
  • Returning customers calls and answering their questions
  • Writing reports about client progress and queries
  • Explaining application process to customers
  • Filling out the required forms and collecting documents
  • Handling customer complaints
